This site required a drainage connection to be made into the existing infrastructure.  This proved to be a complex operation due to the presence of an extensive network of existing services, and the requirement to close the road completely.  Watsons Groundworks completed the streetworks & road closure application process with the local authority, and completed the work on time and without any impact on the existing services in the area.

WGL completed steel reinforced concrete foundations for retaining walls and steel reinforced raft foundations, also installing specialised gas protection membranes.
